"I've been a customer here for 40+ years. I have multiple vehicles and my home insured through here. I often see ad's pop up online stating my insurance could be lower, because insurance companies don't want you to know about possible discounts. I checked my current policy to see if i would qualify for any of the discounts they mentioned, but i didnt need to worry about it because they had already applied all eligible discounts to my policy without me ever asking. Just recently, I stopped by their office with no appointment, hoping to get another vehicle insured right away. I needed the proof of coverage to take to DMV that same day. Richard said he couldn't do it right then, because he was currently in the middle of another account. I'm not sure how he managed it, but 10 minutes later I was walking out the door with full coverage and the needed documents. It was greatly appreciated. It comforting to know they are there to help"

"To begin with, they have excellent communication skills. Always return calls and inquiries, and if they don't, they'll give you a call right away! Speaking Spanish, Mary and Marielena are a great help to my non-English speaking mother. Additionally, Richard is always willing to respond to inquiries. I constantly tell all of my friends to get insurance from this agency! Fantastic service"

"I've been a State Farm customer for over 10 years. Richard's office has always responded quickly to any insurance needs and changes I've had over the years. In addition, the time he takes to explain other offerings from State Farm as been immensely helpful as I prepare for retirement in the near future. I know it's often considered convenient to have an online only insurer but I've found that having the personal touch of an actual agent has been of even greater value for me.
