"I have been with Statefarm since I was 18 yrs old and am now 52. I’ve had my share of Statefarm agents from either moving to a new city or Agents that have moved on in the company and they’ve all been amazing in their own way. I’ve been with my current Agent Richard Pagano and his team members Mary and Maria Elena for a few years now and they’ve been nothing short of WONDERFUL to me. They make it a point to fully help with any question or issue in regards to my policies I have with them, which I imagine most agents would be able to provide the same level of care for their clients. However my experience with Richard and his team members is that they go above and beyond with their help and they make me feel that I’m in GREAT hands when it comes to the quality of care they show to me as their client. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this office. So if you’re in need of a change or are constantly struggling with your level of service from your current policy, I’d HIGHLY recommend you contact Richard Pagano’s office to discuss and to consider him as your new agent. "We have been considering earthquake insurance for some time. Let's face it, it not a matter of "if" but more like "when", in my opinion. Adding earthquake insurance can be confusing, but Richard Pagano at State Farm made it simple. He walked us through the different deductible options and explained the replacement cost versus market value in a way that actually made sense. We appreciate his patience and the high level of customer service. It is a relief to have peace of mind knowing we can work with a local pro. Five stars!"
